앱에서 직접 삭제하기 (권장)
앱 안에서 바로 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 홈 화면 오른쪽 위 설정(⚙️) 을 누릅니다.
- 계정 → 로그인 정보 를 누릅니다.
- 화면 아래 계정 삭제 를 누릅니다.
- 확인 창에서 삭제 를 누릅니다.
삭제가 끝나면 로그인 화면으로 돌아갑니다.
삭제되는 정보
- 로그인 계정 (Google 또는 Apple 연결 정보, 이메일, 계정 식별자)
- 아이 닉네임, 아이 나이
- 감각 선호 및 학습 설정 (계이름 음성, 반짝임 효과)
- 가입 진행 기록, 로그인 시각 기록
삭제한 정보는 복구할 수 없습니다.
기기에 남는 정보
기기에 저장된 설정값(계이름 음성, 반짝임 효과, 첫 실행 완료 여부)은 계정 삭제 시 함께
초기화됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 남은 로컬 데이터도 모두 제거됩니다.
이메일로 요청하기
앱을 사용할 수 없거나 이미 앱을 삭제한 경우 아래로 요청해 주세요.

- 포함할 내용: 로그인에 사용한 이메일 주소, 로그인 방식(Google 또는 Apple),
계정 삭제를 원한다는 의사
본인 확인이 필요한 경우 회신으로 추가 확인을 요청할 수 있으며, 확인 후 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
일정 기간 보관될 수 있는 정보
법령상 보존 의무가 있거나 분쟁 대응·부정 이용 방지를 위해 필요한 경우, 해당 목적에 필요한
최소한의 정보를 필요한 기간 동안만 분리 보관한 뒤 파기합니다.
참고
- 로그아웃은 계정 삭제가 아닙니다. 로그아웃 후에도 계정과 저장된 정보는 유지됩니다.
- 앱 삭제(제거)만으로는 서버에 저장된 계정 정보가 삭제되지 않습니다.

Delete From Inside the App (recommended)
- Tap Settings (⚙️) at the top right of the home screen.
- Tap 계정 → 로그인 정보 (Account → Sign-in info).
- Tap 계정 삭제 (Delete account) at the bottom.
- Tap 삭제 (Delete) in the confirmation dialog.
You are returned to the sign-in screen once deletion completes.
What Is Deleted
- The sign-in account (Google or Apple link, email, account identifiers)
- Child nickname and age
- Sensory preference and learning settings (solfege voice, sparkle effects)
- Sign-up progress records and sign-in timestamps
Deleted data cannot be recovered.
What Remains on the Device
Locally stored settings are reset as part of deletion. Uninstalling the app removes any
remaining local data.
Request by Email
If you cannot use the app or have already uninstalled it:
- Email: cheesetabby.ent@gmail.com
- Suggested subject:
Account deletion request - Doremi
- Please include: the email address used to sign in, the sign-in method (Google or
Apple), and a statement that you want the account deleted
We may reply to verify the request before processing it, and will delete without undue delay
after verification.
Data That May Be Retained for a Limited Time
Where retention is required by law or is necessary for dispute resolution or fraud
prevention, the minimum necessary data is stored separately for that period only and then
destroyed.
Notes
- Signing out is not account deletion. Your account and stored data remain.
- Uninstalling the app alone does not delete server-side account data.
