Account Deletion Request

This page explains how a user can request deletion of their account and related data for Music Tales Kids Beta.

This document applies to the Android app distributed under the package name com.johnyoon.musictaleskids.test.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account and related server-side data, send an email to:

• dygksdl12311@gmail.com

Please include the following in your request:

• the email address or login ID used for the app account
• the app name: Music Tales Kids Beta
• a short statement that you want your account deleted

Example subject line:

• Account deletion request - Music Tales Kids Beta

What Will Be Deleted

After a valid deletion request is confirmed, we will delete the app account and associated server-side data that is reasonably linked to that account, including:

• account profile information
• child profile information
• gameplay progress data
• coin and reward data
• character selection and related saved state

What May Remain on Your Device

Some data may remain on your device until you remove it yourself, including:

• locally stored login/session data on the device
• locally saved recording files created by the app
• cached app data

You can remove this local data by uninstalling the app and deleting any locally saved recordings from the device where applicable.

Data That May Be Retained for a Limited Time

We may retain limited data for a reasonable period when necessary for:

• security and fraud prevention
• legal compliance
• dispute resolution
• enforcement of legal rights

If any data must be retained for these reasons, it will be kept only as long as reasonably necessary for that purpose.

Important Notes

• Temporary deactivation or disabling is not treated as account deletion.
• If we need additional information to verify the request, we may respond by email before processing deletion.
