너두! 도레미!(이하 “앱”)는 만 4~8세 아이를 위한 음악 입문 앱입니다. 앱의 계정은 보호자가 만들고 관리하며, 아이에 관한 정보도 보호자가 직접 입력합니다. 본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 어떤 목적으로 처리하는지 설명합니다.

1. 수집·처리하는 정보

앱은 보호자 로그인과 아이별 학습 설정 제공에 필요한 범위에서만 정보를 처리합니다.

1.1 보호자 계정 정보

Google 또는 Apple 계정으로 로그인할 때 다음 정보가 처리됩니다.

앱은 비밀번호를 직접 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다. 로그인 인증은 Google 또는 Apple이 수행하며, 앱은 인증 결과만 전달받습니다. Apple 계정으로 로그인할 때 이메일 가리기(Hide My Email)를 선택하면 앱은 실제 이메일 대신 Apple이 만든 전달용 주소를 받습니다.

1.2 아이에 관한 정보 (보호자가 입력)

닉네임은 실명이 아니어도 됩니다. 앱은 아이의 실명, 생년월일, 사진, 음성, 연락처, 학교 정보를 요구하지 않습니다.

1.3 기기에만 저장되는 정보

다음 값은 서버로 전송되지 않고 기기 내부 저장소(SharedPreferences)에만 저장되며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 사라집니다.

2. 카메라 접근에 대한 안내

2단계 ‘AR 톡톡! 한 음 만나기’ 의 톡톡 Lite 기능은 카메라를 사용합니다.

카메라 영상은 화면에 실시간으로 보여 주는 용도로만 사용되며, 그 위에 건반과 악보가 겹쳐 표시됩니다.
사진 촬영, 동영상 녹화, 파일 저장 기능이 없습니다. 앱은 카메라 영상을 저장하지 않습니다.
카메라 영상은 서버나 제3자에게 전송되지 않습니다.
마이크는 사용하지 않습니다. (카메라 기능에서 오디오 입력이 꺼져 있습니다)
카메라 권한을 허용하지 않아도 ‘카메라 없이 연습하기’로 같은 학습을 계속할 수 있으며, 1단계와 3단계는 그대로 이용할 수 있습니다.

3. 수집하지 않는 정보

4. 정보의 이용 목적

수집한 정보는 아래 목적으로만 이용합니다.

아이의 정보를 광고, 마케팅, 프로파일링, 판매 목적으로 이용하지 않습니다.

5. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전

앱은 계정 인증과 데이터 저장을 위해 아래 서비스를 이용합니다.

전송 구간은 HTTPS로 암호화되며, 위탁 범위를 넘어선 이용은 이루어지지 않습니다. 보호자는 이러한 국외 이전을 원하지 않을 경우 앱을 이용하지 않거나 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

6. 보유 기간 및 파기

계정 정보와 아이 정보는 계정이 유지되는 동안 보관합니다.
계정을 삭제하면 저장된 계정 정보와 아이 정보가 함께 삭제됩니다.
기기에 저장된 설정값은 로그아웃 또는 앱 삭제 시 제거됩니다.
법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안만 분리 보관 후 파기합니다.

7. 계정 및 데이터 삭제 방법

앱 안에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.

설정(⚙️) → 로그인 정보 → 계정 삭제

삭제를 확인하면 로그인 계정과 함께 아이 닉네임·나이, 학습 설정이 모두 삭제되며 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 앱을 사용할 수 없는 상황이라면 cheesetabby.ent@gmail.com 으로 요청해 주세요. 자세한 안내는 계정 삭제 안내 문서를 참고해 주세요.

8. 아동의 개인정보 보호

앱의 계정 생성과 정보 입력은 보호자가 수행하는 것을 전제로 설계되었습니다.
아이가 스스로 개인정보를 입력하거나 외부로 공개하는 화면이 없습니다.
아이에 관해 처리하는 정보는 닉네임, 나이, 학습 설정으로 한정됩니다.
아이를 대상으로 한 맞춤형 광고나 행태 추적을 하지 않습니다.
보호자는 언제든지 아이 정보의 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 수 있으며, 앱 내 계정 삭제로 즉시 실행할 수 있습니다.
본 앱은 아동 개인정보 보호에 관한 관련 법규(대한민국 개인정보 보호법, 미국 COPPA 등)를 준수합니다.

9. 이용자의 권리

보호자는 아래 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

10. 안전성 확보 조치

방침이 변경되는 경우 본 페이지에 변경 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 업데이트를 통해 안내합니다.

너두! 도레미! (“Doremi”, the “App”) is a music-introduction app for children aged 4 to 8. Accounts are created and managed by a parent or guardian, and any information about a child is entered by that guardian. This policy explains what the App processes and why.

1. Information We Process

1.1 Guardian Account Information

When signing in with a Google or Apple account, the App processes:

The App never collects or stores passwords. Authentication is performed by Google or Apple, and the App receives only the result. If you use Apple’s Hide My Email, the App receives Apple’s relay address instead of your real email.

1.2 Information About the Child (entered by the guardian)

A nickname does not have to be a real name. The App does not ask for a child’s legal name, date of birth, photo, voice, contact details, or school information.

1.3 Information Stored Only on the Device

The following values are stored only in device local storage (SharedPreferences), are never transmitted, and are removed when the App is uninstalled:

2. About Camera Access

The “Tok-Tok Lite” mode within Stage 2 (AR Tok-Tok!) uses the device camera.

The camera image is used solely for live on-screen display, with a keyboard and music staff drawn on top of it.
The App has no photo capture, video recording, or file saving functionality. Camera images are never stored.
Camera images are never transmitted to any server or third party.
The microphone is not used. (Audio input is disabled for the camera feature.)
If camera permission is denied, the same lesson remains fully playable via “practice without camera”, and Stages 1 and 3 are unaffected.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

Advertising identifiers (IDFA, Advertising ID) or any data for advertising and tracking
Behavioral analytics

The App contains no advertising, no analytics SDK, no chat, no user-to-user communication, and no user-generated content sharing.

4. How We Use Information

Signing in and maintaining the guardian account
Storing and syncing each child’s learning settings across devices
Responding to support inquiries
Diagnosing errors and operating the service reliably

We never use a child’s information for advertising, marketing, profiling, or sale.

All transfers are encrypted with HTTPS and are limited to the purposes above.

6. Retention and Deletion

Account and child information is retained while the account exists.
Deleting the account deletes the stored account information and child information.
Device-stored settings are removed on sign-out or app uninstall.
Where law requires retention, data is stored separately for that period only and then destroyed.

7. How to Delete Your Account and Data

You can delete everything from inside the App:

Settings (⚙️) → Sign-in info (로그인 정보) → Delete account (계정 삭제)

After confirmation, the sign-in account, the child’s nickname and age, and the learning settings are permanently deleted. If you cannot use the App, email cheesetabby.ent@gmail.com. See the Account Deletion guide for details.

8. Children’s Privacy

Account creation and data entry are designed to be performed by a guardian.
There is no screen where a child can publish personal information or share it externally.
Information processed about a child is limited to nickname, age, and learning settings.
We do not serve targeted advertising to children or track their behavior.
Guardians may request access, correction, or deletion at any time, and can execute deletion immediately through in-app account deletion.
The App complies with applicable children’s privacy laws, including the Korean Personal Information Protection Act and the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

9. Your Rights

Guardians may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of the information described above by emailing cheesetabby.ent@gmail.com. We respond within 10 days of receiving a request.

10. Security Measures

HTTPS encryption for all communication
Server access rules restricting each guardian to their own document
External authentication (Google, Apple) so the App never handles passwords
Prompt destruction once the purpose is fulfilled

11. Changes to This Policy

Changes will be posted on this page with their effective date. Significant changes will also be announced through an app update.
